Really happy with this doll. My daughter who is a huge monster high fan shared all the fun details. There are some thoughtful pirate themed details put into this figure that make it creative and fun.She has all the normal articulation in Knees, hands, elbows, legs, neck and shoulders that you would expect in a monster high. Her dress is interchangeable, one side has gold colored gems and skulls, the other side/theme is pirate maps. There is gold, tinsel like strands mixed in with her blonde hair. Her shoes have a wood-like pattern with compasses. The heals of the shoes have little maps on the bottom and you can remove the outer portion of the heals to reveal gold coins that make up a thinner heal. Her hat is also a treasure box that opens to reveal gold coins. Here shins have constellations which I assume refers to ship navigation. Lots of neat, really cool little details that my daughter loves and I was really impressed by.Not much of a gripe, but I didn't know the dress was attached lol. And I know that it wasn't supposed to come off cause I can't put it back on :b. So now there's a pretty noticeable gap between her torso and waist. Oh and the top doesn't come off, it's just molded on lol. So yea, gonna sand that down sometime soon. As a toy, it's great lol.My daughter received this doll for her birthday. She LOVES Monster High and is very sad that the nice, jointed dolls aren’t being made anymore.This doll is a cross between the old dolls and the newer ones - partially painted on clothes, but all jointed. She is a very pretty doll and my daughter loves her.I'm absolutely in love! Her dress is so soft and the reverse mechanic is super cool plus her golden hair and skin are so pretty. Not to mention she arrived super early! Very satisfied and would buy from this seller again.It was a gift but she seemed very excited to get it. Fast ship.If you have a child who likes playing with dolls and shiny things, she'll fit the bill beautifully. The quality is there and the design on her shoes is really pretty ingenious. As a collector, I find her design oddly boring, particularly her face sculpt. I was also not terribly impressed with the design of her reversible dress. It is actually connected to her body for reasons I find baffling. It works just as well if you free it from the doll completely. Also, the bodice of the black dress is sculpted onto the doll herself which is not a design feature I'm fond of. Also, if you are not fond of tinsel hair, be ready to do a lot of cutting as she has a metric ton of it.The doll is very pretty, only two issues. Her hair ended up being completely matted and tangled, which, if I were getting this for a child, it would royally suck. However, I got her to repaint, so luckily the hair will be coming off anyways. But in the picture, her neck looks long and her face a nice hear shape, however the doll I recieved, her head looks much rounder, and looks like it'd been squashed down onto the neck, which makes her look less appealing. Also, her makeup looks very thinly painted on, which makes her look a bit cheap. But like I said, I plan to remove hair and factory paint, so the only real disappointment is the squashed-looking head.Bought for granddaughter who was delighted with it.Fantastic doll and fantastic price. Great for my 8 year old.Pretty doll - just a shame the clothing options are limited.Absolutely lovely, thank you posting it so fastSuch a bad quality doll... mine came with two left hands and a squeezed head. Just be aware of quality issues. She's beautiful but I'm very disappointed.
